Sports Therapy Cardiff was established in 2009 by Gregg Coombes. A former professional footballer, Gregg was eager to remain engaged in a sporting environment and chose to pursue studies in sports massage therapy and personal training. With over 10 years of experience, Gregg is dedicated to delivering excellence in health and well-being services for athletes and the general population.

Based within this thriving S&C facility, Gregg offers treatments from his treatment room located inside the reception area. Please use the booking link to see availability. Tuesday and Thursday 16:00 - 21:00. Members and non - members are welcome.
Home visits - Enjoy massage therapy in the comfort of your own home. To book this service please contact Gregg directly prior to booking. I cover all of Cardiff and the surrounding areas, all equipment supplied including towels.
Treatments also available in Pontprennau on a Friday - please request before booking this service.
